Weekly reservations require a 25% deposit. Cottage reservations are guaranteed and confirmed with a deposit at time of booking at a pre-arranged amount using Visa, Mastercard or cheque. Retreats, groups, and special packages: ask about our deposit policies. If you book through our reservation request form, we will telephone you to confirm your reservation and obtain a credit card number to secure your reservation.   Cancellation Policy Bed & Breakfast cancellation deadline is 11:00am 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel on time means that you will be billed for one night's stay. Cottage cancellation deadline is 11am 45 (forty-five) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel on time means that you will forfeit your deposit. Retreats, groups, and special packages: ask about our cancellation policies.   Check In/Check Out Times Bed & Breakfast: Check in time – 2pm. Check out time – 11am. Cottages: Check in time – 4pm. Check out time – 11am.   Early Departure In the event of an early departure, half the regular rate will be charged on the remaining period.   Pets and Smoking Pets - We love them but regret we cannot accept them. Smoking on the porches/balconies/patios only.   Important Information Please note: Brentwood Cottages are operated separately from Brentwood on the Beach B&B, and the cottages do not provide either breakfast, or access to the amenities of the B&B.
